Novoland: Eagle Flag
In the vast desert grasslands of northern Novoland, there was a nomadic tribe that cherished martial arts, believed in the sky god Pandeng and worshiped heroes. The men there were all hot-blooded and the women were all strong-willed individuals. Their kingdom was called Qingyang.
The story takes place in Qingyang, and tells of the power struggle within the northern nomadic tribes, as well as the grievances between Qingyang and the Eastern Land. The Qingyang crown prince Lu Guichen was sent to live with the Yanzhen tribe as a child by the Paramount Lord. After the Yanzhen tribe rebelled, Lu Guichen was brought back to the Beidu city. However, his older brothers did not regard this young and sickly crown prince, and only competed against each other, contending for the throne’s succession. Nevertheless, after experiencing the baptism of war and the vicissitudes of life, Lu Guichen, who had a gentle personality, gradually became mature and strong in his older brother’s power struggle…
At that time, the royal family of the Eastern Land was declining, and several feudal states emerged. The Paramount Lord of Qingyang wanted to use an alliance with the Xia Tang State to achieve his ambition of dominating the East. Thus, Lu Guichen was sent as a hostage to Xia Tang. There, he met the unruly Tianqu warrior, Jiye, and was attracted by Jiye’s assertive and never-give-up spirit, and the two became good friends. This is the story of the future young Zhaowu Duke and young Yulie King of the Xie Dynasty.
